Delete your account
Delete your RevenueHog account from the web or the iOS app, what is removed immediately, what happens to shared workspaces, and why subscriptions continue.
You can delete your RevenueHog account yourself from the web or the iOS app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: there is no grace period and no backup to restore from.
Before you start
- Cancel any RevenueHog Alerts subscription in the App Store or Google Play first. Deleting your account does not cancel it, and it keeps renewing.
- If you are the only owner of a workspace that still has other members, deletion is refused. Make someone else an owner first (Settings → Team → Make owner), or remove the other members. See Team and roles.
On the web
Open Settings → Workspace
Scroll to the DANGER section and find Delete account.
Reveal the form
Select Delete account….
Type your email
Type the email address of your account where it says "Type your email to confirm." The button stays disabled until it matches (case does not matter).
Confirm
Select Permanently delete my account. You are signed out and sent to the login page.
In the iOS app
Open the Account tab, scroll to ACCOUNT, and tap Delete account. The first alert says what is lost; select Continue. The second ("Permanently delete your email?", "Last chance. There is no undo.") needs Delete forever.
What is deleted
Your sign-in and password, your sessions, your registered devices and their push tokens, and your notification preferences.
For each workspace you belong to:
| Your situation in the workspace | Result |
|---|---|
| You are the last member | The workspace is deleted with everything in it: connected apps, stored App Store Connect, Stripe, Google Play and Apple Ads credentials, imported revenue, subscription events, customers, reviews, feedback, metrics, API keys and MCP tokens. |
| Other members remain and you are not the only owner | You are removed. The workspace and its data stay. |
| Other members remain and you are the only owner | Deletion is blocked for your whole account. |
Routine infrastructure logs that mention a request may persist for a short retention window; they hold no revenue data.
Messages
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| That is not the email on this account. | The typed email does not match. |
| You are the only owner of workspace. Make someone else an owner on the Team tab, or remove the other members, then come back. | You are the sole owner of a workspace with other members. Transfer ownership with Make owner, or remove the other members. |
