Overview

The Overview page: MRR, revenue, today, active subscribers, trials and churn tiles, the MRR chart, the live rail, the funnel card and the sortable apps table.

The Overview (/overview) is the dashboard home: six headline tiles, the MRR chart, revenue per day, a live feed rail, the apps table and a funnel card. Everything on it honors the topbar's app filter and period (see controls), and it refreshes every 30 seconds while you are using it.

The web dashboard is free for every workspace. The only paid product is the RevenueHog Alerts subscription in the iOS app; the sidebar shows Alerts · active or Free. See billing.

Before data arrives

A workspace with no App Store Connect key, no Stripe connection and no completed onboarding is sent to onboarding first. While the first history import runs, a backfill banner tracks its progress. If your key is configured but has no vendor number, a banner reads "Revenue reports need your vendor number. Find it in App Store Connect → Payments and Financial Reports." with Add it →. See Connect App Store Connect.

Formulas for every value are on the Metrics page. Two Overview specifics:

  • TODAY uses your timezone (the quiet-hours timezone in your notification preferences), so it does not read $0.00 every evening in the Americas. Superseded duplicates and Family Sharing copies are skipped and churn moves no money, so it always agrees with the feed's day total.
  • CHURN aggregates the per-app rates. For each app it recovers a churned count from the app's rate and subscriber count, sums churned and base, and divides; the points change is the per-app change weighted by subscribers. Apps with no rate are skipped, and the tile shows a dash when none have one.

MRR chart

MRR · ALL APPS (or the selected app's name) plots the period. With all apps, the top 5 apps by current MRR each get their own line in their accent color, and every other app is summed into one muted Others (N) line; hover it to list those apps. A Total line runs over everything. With one app selected, only its MRR line shows.

Revenue per day

REVENUE / DAY draws one bar per day of net proceeds (hover the label: "Net proceeds (after Apple's cut)"), with Nd · avg $X and the last day's value. Empty: "No revenue in this window."

Live feed rail

The latest 8 events, grouped by day like the live feed, using the same sandbox and Family Sharing preferences. Empty: "Nothing yet. Events land here the second Apple sends them." Open full feed → goes to /feed.

Apps table

Columns: APP, MRR, Δ 30D, SUBS, TRIALS, CHURN, S2S, 90D.

ColumnMeaning
MRRLive MRR (snapshot plus intraday events)
Δ 30DLive MRR vs the snapshot level 30 days earlier; a dash with no prior
SUBSActive subscribers
TRIALSCurrent trials, honoring Count cancelled trials as active
CHURN30-day churn rate, or a dash
S2SLive when the app has received server notifications
90D90-day MRR sparkline

The sort menu above the table (hidden with one app selected) writes ?sort=:

Name (A-Z)Default

Recently addedDate the app was added to RevenueHog
Impressions (30d)Apps with no store data last

On a phone each row becomes a card: name, MRR and delta, then N subs · N trials · x% churn and the Live marker. With no apps, the table is replaced by a link to connect one.

Funnel card

FUNNEL / 30D shows Trials and Paid with the trial conversion percentage (capped at 100%). The caption: "Installs aren't reported by Apple. The funnel starts at intro/trial offer starts (Apple doesn't split free trials from paid intros)." The full store funnel is on the Funnel page.
