Feedback
The Feedback inbox: bug, idea, question and praise items from your app or API, kind and status filters, unread state, test items, statuses and customer cards.
The Feedback inbox (/feedback) collects feedback your apps send through the SDK or the feedback API. The sidebar shows Feedback while the feedback feature is enabled for your workspace (it is on by default).
Inbox
The header shows N unread · N total. Filters, all in the URL:

The topbar app filter applies. 40 items per page, with Older → and ← Newest.
Each row: an unread dot (click to mark read or unread), kind badge, status, star rating if given, a Test tag, age, the message (two lines), the customer line (handle with plan and LTV, or Anonymous, plus · quarantine when the item arrived unauthenticated) and the app. Opening a row marks it read. Empty: "No feedback here yet. It lands the moment your app or API sends it."
Detail
/feedback/<id> shows kind, status, rating, platform (Apple, Android, Web), app, source and a Test tag; the age with · unverified for unattested items; the message; then:
- STATUS: buttons Open → Triaged → Planned → In progress → Shipped. Clicking saves immediately ("Could not update status." on failure). Closed is a terminal state set elsewhere and shows as a leading tag.
- DATA and METADATA: the structured fields sent with the item (long values are cut at 400 characters).
- CUSTOMER: handle, ID, status, VERIFIED or UNVERIFIED, product, LTV, country, platform, last seen and View profile →. Without an identity: "Anonymous. This feedback carried no user identity." or, for unauthenticated items, "Anonymous, quarantine…".
Test items are only reachable with ?showTest=1.
