Reconcile
The Reconcile page compares S2S events, Apple sales reports and store analytics per app per day for 14 days, and flags missed notifications and drift.
The Reconcile page (/reconcile) audits your data pipelines against each other, per app, per day, over the last 14 days. It flags discrepancies; it never corrects a number.
Lanes
| Lane | Columns | Compares |
|---|---|---|
| App Store | S2S, SALES REPORT, STORE ANALYTICS | Live notifications (events · net customer price), daily sales reports (units · gross), commerce analytics (purchases · proceeds) |
| Stripe, Google Play | EVENTS, DAILY ROLLUP | Live events vs the daily rollup built from them |
App Store sources are never expected to match exactly: S2S buckets by receipt time (UTC) while Apple report days are Pacific time, and each carries a different money figure. Apple documents that transaction prices are not a revenue-reconciliation source. Stripe and Google Play days are UTC on both sides and should agree once the day is rolled.
The intro shows how far reports, commerce analytics and each rollup have reached. Each app shows N flagged days or Clean; flagged apps rise to the top.
Flags
| Flag (App Store) | Stripe / Play label | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Report pending | Rollup pending | The day is newer than the report has reached. Not drift. |
| S2S silent | No events | Reports show sales, notifications saw none. Check server notifications. |
| S2S only | Not rolled up | Events the report never recorded (restatement pending, or a gap). |
| Count drift | Count drift | Event count and units differ by more than 25%. |
| Amount drift | Amount drift | Money differs by more than 15% and at least $5. |
| Commerce drift | Commerce purchases and report units differ by more than 25%. |
S2S silent only applies to apps with notifications wired. Days with no data collapse on phones.
