Payouts

The Payouts page: what Apple pays per fiscal period from finance reports, the variance against daily estimates, Apple's 5-4-4 calendar, and Stripe payouts.

The Payouts page (/payouts) shows what Apple actually owes you per fiscal period, from Apple's finance reports, next to what the daily sales estimates said. Connected Stripe accounts list their payouts below. The app filter and period do not apply.

Fiscal periods

Apple's fiscal year ends on the last Saturday of September, and each quarter runs 5-4-4 weeks, so periods do not line up with calendar months. A 53-week year adds its extra week to the last period. Apple pays roughly 33 days after a period closes. A period appears once Apple posts its finance report, typically weeks after it closes; the daily check picks it up.

Table

ColumnMeaning
PERIODApple fiscal period
DATESStart → end
EARNEDTotal earned in USD (Apple's amounts in payout currencies, converted)
VS ESTIMATEVariance against Sales and Trends proceeds for the same dates; green within ±3%, amber beyond, no estimates when none exist
EXPECTED PAYMENTExpected payment date
STATUSreported, or paid three days after the expected date
VS ESTIMATE % = (earned − Σ sales-report proceeds over the period's dates) / that estimate × 100

Small FX drift is expected: the variance is a sanity band, not an error.

Below the table, <period> by app lists the newest period's earnings per app with its share, and the currencies as Apple pays them.

Stripe payouts

Stripe · <account> (plus · test mode) lists the most recent 20 payouts read live from each connected account: ARRIVES, AMOUNT (in the payout currency), STATUS (Paid, In transit, Pending, Failed, Canceled) and METHOD.

Empty state

"No finance reports ingested yet." A key without the Finance role cannot read these reports; check the capability matrix in Settings and API key roles.
