Customer lookup
Look up an App Store customer by transaction ID or receipt order ID, then see live Apple statuses and history, and comp free days with a goodwill extension.
Customer lookup (/customers/lookup) turns a support email into an answer. Paste a transaction ID, original transaction ID or order ID (from the customer's receipt email) and get live subscription statuses, transaction and refund history from Apple's App Store Server API, merged with the notifications RevenueHog stored. Live data is fetched on demand and never stored.
Open it
- Apple lookup → on the Customers page.
- The › chevron on a feed row, or Look up → on an event's detail page.
Search
The field accepts 2000000123456789 (transaction or original transaction ID, all digits) or MT1234567890 (order ID, alphanumeric). Press Look up.
RevenueHog finds the app from stored notifications, or tries each connected app with a bundle ID until Apple recognizes the ID.
Result
- Chips: the ID type (Transaction ID, Original transaction ID, Order ID), the app, and
N live · N stored · N refunds. - SUBSCRIPTIONS: each subscription with
RenewsorExpired <date>, auto-renew on or off, the original transaction ID, and a status: Active, Expired, Billing retry, Grace period or Revoked. - TIMELINE: live Apple transactions (APP STORE) and stored notifications (S2S) in one list, refunded items marked. Stored rows link to their event.

Comp days
COMP DAYS extends a customer's paid subscription for free, up to 90 days, using Apple's renewal-date extension. It is the only action in RevenueHog that writes to Apple.
Turn it on
An owner or admin enables Goodwill extensions under Settings → Preferences → CUSTOMERS. It is off by default.
Choose the subscription and days
Pick the subscription (when there are several; active ones first), then 7 days, 14 days, 30 days or Custom (1 to 90), and a reason: Undeclared, Customer satisfaction, Other, or Service issue or outage.
Confirm
Comp days… shows a summary: Apple will push the next renewal date out by N days at no charge. This cannot be undone. Press Extend by N days.
On success: "Done. Apple extended this subscription by N days; the next renewal is now [date]." If Apple refuses, the reason is shown and the attempt is still recorded. Every attempt is written to an audit log before Apple is called.
Blocked states: "Goodwill extensions are switched off for this workspace…" and "Only owners and admins can comp days." See team roles.
